Mariella, from California, has a knitting blog called Knitting Nonni . Here she chronicles her crafts with pics (including adorable grandchildren!) and every time I go there I wish even more for more time in the day. I do a reasonable garter and stockinette stitch, but have to say can't do much more than that. Have a new great-grandchild coming up and would love to be able to knit a blanket or booties. I love to crochet and usually crochet for baby, but would like to be able to knit also. Waving "Hi", Mariella.

Oh you just have to try to make at least one knitted blanket for that grandchild.
Just a few minutes a day will get it done.
